Returns Policy

How do I return my goods?

Goods can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund, providing they are unused and in the same condition as you received them, and with the original packaging intact. All postage costs are non-refundable. 

Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted for a refund. Please note we do not provide a free returns service unless the goods are faulty or sent in error. 

If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.


Exceptions: 
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund: All e-liquids, nicotine salt based liquids and any products containing either e-liquid or nicotine salt liquid (e.g. pre-filled pods or capsules).
If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your records as Which Vape Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels that get lost in the post.


What is your refund process?

Due to the Pandemic, please allow extra time for your returns parcel to arrive back to us. As soon as we have received your goods, we will process your refund and notify you that this has been actioned. All refunds are via the original method of payment.


How do I return my goods if I am overseas?

For international customers, all goods can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund providing the goods are in an unworn condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging. All postage costs, including customs duties, local sales taxes, handling charges or any other costs, are non-refundable. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted for a refund.

Can I exchange an item instead of having a refund?

We are sorry but we are unable to provide an exchange. You will need to return the unwanted goods and then make a new online purchase. To speed up the process you may purchase the new items while waiting for the original purchase to be refunded.
